I have 2 16's in my driveway with zero problems. With has many as they make there are bound to be problems. Ford will take care of you... There not the BEST selling truck for 39 years for selling sh@# trucks.. My 2 cents..
Within recent years I have had 08, 09, 14 and 2 16's and they are the ONLY truck's I would own!!!

Hi, while working at a Ford dealer I used to say; "I don't care if it's a $2,000.00 Pinto or a $20,000.00 Town Car. If it has a problem we will fix it, if not we won't. Price has nothing to do with it."

In other words, The person who bought the least expensive car has the same right as the person who bought the most expensive car. When a customer pulls out the price card, I put that part of the conversation on Automatic-ignor.

That really stinks when someone takes the time to post. And in someones 'mind' the post needs to be deleted because they don't agree.

I bet the bushings are those little pieces from the wiper arms used on the assembly line.

I got my truck in May and 13K miles later, I couldn't be happier. No problems at all and even the roof seam is perfect. I hope I haven't just jinxed myself.

Are they an oblongshape hard plastic? If so I was wondering what those were. I left them in my cupholder where I found them not knowing what they were.

2015 XLT SCAB Sport with 2.7 ecoboost with 23,xxx miles.....only issue was fuel blocking valve.

Other than not having the crash bars, pretty happy with my first F150.

So far, I have deleted 11 irrelevant posts from this thread. If you've got nothing productive to add, move on and don't waste your time.

I drove Ford's since the 80's including Ford's you guys never heard of because they only sell them in Europe (Germany). Anyway. The quality isn't that good anymore with the 2015 Ford. Why do I say that? 2015 Mustang Ford buy-back, 2015 F150 XLT Ford/dealer buy-back. The Mustang came complete crooked from the factory. Didn't trust Ford QC on the Mustangs anymore. Got the 2015 F150 XLT instead. Not even 10 month later the dealer felt so sorry that he upgraded us with a 2016 F150 Lariat. One issue the Mustang and the F150 Lariat do have in common is the bad leather quality. After not even 4,000 miles the seat covers are completely lose. The dealer mentioned that he will fix it later on. The 2015 F150 was already in for a 3rd dashboard replacement. When the transmission started to make some unusual noises, the dealer started right away a buy-back talk with Ford. I didn't even say something. Lucky us, we ended up with zero loses in that sad story. Happy to have a real good dealership who backed us up right in the beginning.

What was our window stickers MSRP? Mustang $44,800 CAD / F150 XLT $52,780 CAD / F150 Lariat $63,000. I know. In the Mustang forum they said: "What you expect? It's only $45,000!" Times changing. In the 80's I paid 20,000 Deutsch Mark for a new Ford and everything was fine. Now I pay 2.2 times more (looking at a exchange rate of 1.45 DM for $1 CAD at the time) and I can schedule shop appointments every month. Lucky us, I have nothing else important to do and get free coffee at the dealership......

Still. Ford was always one of my favorite cars. But again. I should have taken the time and buy the 2015 Mercedes CLA with 4Motion for $41,500 CAD instead the Mustang. ;-P

No, the wiper arm pieces are small and I believe aluminum. Usually found next to wiper in the well. Some have found them on the ground.
