How to wire tailgate LED strip

I have a 2015 F-150 Lariat. I Got a light bar and put it on my truck using a wire harness.
I have the radar Blind spot system, using the harness caused my truck to think I had a trailer connected.
So direct wired using dc73pd pin configuration. It all works great when the power is on but, when I start the truck the turn signals don't work.
They blink once then start blinking fast as if a tail light was out.
I double checked the wire configuration and it is correct. I grounded it to a different location on the frame and still same problem.
Is there anyone that can give me the answer why this is happening and what I can do to fix it.

I still say the Opt7 redline triple is the best looking bar out there BUT one quit working on my buddies Ram and I was following another Ram yesterday that was totally messed up. So it is not just us Ford guys having issues with them.

I’ve had mine wired this way since 10/19 with no issues.

Depending on your light bar some have added relays to each wire run depending on how much power is drawn by the lightbar. Putco wants a constant hot or it will put the taillights in a spin and not function. When trying to pull the power they need it makes the computer think there is a miswire and it shuts them down. Their instructions work to resolve that problem for their light bar. Other light bars may draw too much power and computer thinks it's a short shutting them down. The relays resolve that problem because the relay draw is low.
Opt7 and the other generic one I used did not require the relays or a constant hot and wire just as you show.

best diagram I have seen kudos. I did this exact setup on my 16 F150 and my 19 F350 with two different light bars and have had no issues on either.

do you have a code reader or forscan to see what the code is?
where did you tap the wiring? And what year truck?

When mine failed the blinker would just flash fast and the taillights went out. Turn the truck off and back on would make it work again until another short was detected. I never got a warning on the dash or a check engine light so I dont think they are related.
