Putco is supposed to have a PNP harness for the 21s for their light bar.

No, not as of yet. I may have found a solution though.
By using the "CURT 56584 Replacement Vehicle-Side Custom USCAR 5-Pin Trailer Wiring Harnes" and "OPT7 Redline Triple LED Tailgate Bar Rear Sensor Tow Assist 4-Pin Module V2 - for Pick up Trucks with Back-up Reverse Camera or Trailer Tow Assist Package Redesigned for 2018+ Vehicles",
Then add a bullet conector to the end of the reverse wire and plug that into the wiring harness. It should all work as expected.
The YouTube video below explains all this, even though its a different truck. I ordered everything today and should be able to test by the end of the week.
I'll come back and provide an update.

Can you suggest a specific diode to install? I picked up a LOAD Resistor from auto shop. Is this correct item?

I emailed opt7 about this issue with their light bar and F150s with separate connections in the tail lights.
They sent me another thread from f150forum.com.
In that thread it was suggested to use
1n4005 band on diodes.

Hey
Just curious if you fixed your issue with fast flashing? Did you use the 1n4005 Diode?
thanks

An update on the Opt7 Triple LED with my 2021 F150.
Since my tail lights are not LED and I have 2 connections on the light assembly, I wasn’t able to follow the directions listed in earlier posts.

I got it all working using the steps from the video I posted previously.

I purchased the 5-pin wiring harness instead of the 4-pin.
I also purchased the Opt7 module with power cord.

Connected the wiring harness to the back of the trailer connection.
connected the module to the harness and the light bar.
I put a bullet connector on the end it the reverse wire and connected it to the 5th pin on the harness.
Ran the power wire to the truck battery. Added another connector to the end of the power wire for easy attachment to the battery.

Everything works great.
I did check to see if the light bar would work without the power running to the battery and it wouldn’t.

Hope this helps anyone else.

How did you protect the diode? Heat shrink tube?

Subscribed. Just got the MICTUNING light bar today as a gift from my brother. The intelligent stuff on trucks these days can be annoying but I plan to hard wire anyway since I don't want to see anything plugged into the trailer harness.

[EDIT] Ok I'm a little confused about what this part does which doesn't seem to be present on every truck. Not sure what to call it so had a hard time searching the forum. It looks like a locating tab near the right side of the tailgate. My guess is it keeps the gate centered in case there's any side-to-side play in the hinges? In any case, it's in the way so I'm inclined to just remove it but would like some feedback please and thank you.

Depending on your light bar some have added relays to each wire run depending on how much power is drawn by the lightbar. Putco wants a constant hot or it will put the taillights in a spin and not function. When trying to pull the power they need it makes the computer think there is a miswire and it shuts them down. Their instructions work to resolve that problem for their light bar. Other light bars may draw too much power and computer thinks it's a short shutting them down. The relays resolve that problem because the relay draw is low.

Opt7 and the other generic one I used did not require the relays or a constant hot and wire just as you show.
2015 XLT with LED tailghts and BLIS. I have an MCITuning LED light bar. I wired it with the diodes as you suggested. The turn signals will fast flash unless the lights are on - headlights, running lights. Any suggestions?
