Does anyone know if my f150 2020 king ranch dash and center console would be a direct swap for my neighbor's 2020 xlt f250? His xlt has the dash warp and my f150 ignition harness caught fire totaling the truck. I know his dash has the passenger side secondary glove box which mine has just a cubby but everything online shows the cab dimensions are identical. Is this possible? mounting points the same? issues? Thanks a ton

Is there anyone that can make the harness to do this conversion? That's the only thing holding me up.

JL3Z-1504567-FA Lower panel.. Its the cup holders & the panel that says PRNDM. This is the lighted version, at least when I bought it was. I've heard on newer trucks its not lit.
JL3Z-7210-BB Shift Lever. This one has the boot with gray stitching shift ****.
JL3Z-7E395-C 10 speed shift cable.
There are 4 bolts and speed nuts you also need that holds the shifter in place to the console

Having done this conversion, I can say the two worst parts were getting the transmission cable to click in place properly, and finding/placing bolts for mounting the shifter in the console. The J nuts are hard to find and extremely expensive when I did find them. So I used some nuts and bolts in my shop, what a PITA to get them installed. Hard to reach

I'm not even sure anymore. It's been several months - I think they were 1/4 or 3/8. I do know that I found I could not fill one of the holes, absolutely not able to reach it. Make sure the bolts are just long enough. If I ever work on it again, I may try to put the bolts in from the bottom and tighten the nuts on the top...
