Help me with wheel offset....
Im looking to get 20x9 Fuel Mavericks. Im trying to decide on the offset but I'm not sure on exactly how it works. I have read some threads on it but still not sure what to go with. They offer a +1 +14 and +20. Im going to be running a 305/55/20 tire as I'm reading that matters. I would like the tires to stick out a little bit to have that stance but not a ton. Any help would be appreciated. If anyone has any photos of theres would be helpful.
Thanks!!!
Thanks!!!
This thread may help, the pics towards the end have the best views.

yeah i have the 2.5 rough country kit I'm going to put on. Think i changed my mind on the tires after doing a little more research. Going with a 295/60/20 now
I have method double standard 18x9's with +18 offset. Tires are 275/70R18's and they are prefectly flush with that setup.
What width 20" wheel are you looking at? Assuming they are also 9" wide, then I think it would work like this: you have to add half the additional width of your tire. I believe the total width is 0.8" wider than mine, so it will stick out 0.4" further. Then take the additional offset. +14 you would stick out 4mm(0.16") more than mine and +1 would stick out 17mm(0.67") more.
So, roughly, I would think the +14 would stick out 0.56" and the +1 would stick out 1.07" from flush.

I went with the +1. It looks great. Only problem is it rubs slightly on the front crash bars which I plan to remedy by tweaking them slightly with a porta power as soon as I get my hands on one. If you want to avoid this get the +14. I think +20 would suck them in too far. Tires are 33x12.5-20 Toyo Open Country M/T.
