Help me with wheel offset....

22x9 et20 35-12.50-22 no rubbing at all with a 2 1/2 level in the front.

What width 20" wheel are you looking at? Assuming they are also 9" wide, then I think it would work like this: you have to add half the additional width of your tire. I believe the total width is 0.8" wider than mine, so it will stick out 0.4" further. Then take the additional offset. +14 you would stick out 4mm(0.16") more than mine and +1 would stick out 17mm(0.67") more.

So, roughly, I would think the +14 would stick out 0.56" and the +1 would stick out 1.07" from flush.

Are they perfectly flush with your fenders? That sounds great.

They won't be perfectly flush since the rear is about 1/2" more tucked in than the front

I have 35 offset, my fronts are flush but my rears are tucked in 1/2"

20 offset will get you flush in the rear with a 1/2" beyond the fenders in the front
