Help me!
I have a 2016 Shelby F150 and it has currently been at Ford for a week. I get little to no communication from them and they have no idea what they are doing or what is wrong with my truck. Check engine light came on, I ran code, random misfire, tracked it down to cylinder 6. I changed plugs, cleaned air filter, and MAF. I did a rotation of coils and it stayed on cylinder 6. I told Ford I believe it might be fuel delivery because it started to have a serious limp mode under heavy throttle. 3rd gear around 3500 RPMs it really starts to misfire bad. Limp mode no boost bad shape. How much can I really push Ford? I am sitting here with no vehicle, they don't have loaner to give me, they have zero answers, zero communication, I have to call them never call me. I reached out to customer care, didn't really get answers either.
This has been a really sickening experience. holidays are right around the corner and I can see myself going a month without my truck.
Thanks for reading and any advice you can give me

They dont have the staff for current workload. So they avoid answering phones or returning calls.
Your choices are: 1) rent another vehicle and wait 2) take it somewhere, else after you've called and are confident they can get on it soon. 3) attempt to fix it yourself (injector?)
Your situation is grim, but you have plenty of company with others out there who cant get their vehicles repaired.
I'd take it elsewhere fwiw.
Good Luck

I am not close to any other dealerships, and it should not be my responsibility to find a dealership that can fix my truck. They wanted me to take it to an aftermarket performance shop to get a tune done. The truck is fully under warranty no aftermarket parts
Time for a serious talk with the GM at that dealer to decide a plan of action to get your vehicle repaired or moved to another dealer that can. Be reasonable even though they have not and go from there. Time for some action for sure
My guess is that you may have mis thread a spark plug on #6 , I did so without knowing creating a code on my 3.5 EcoBoost #3 . Mechanic found it and gave me two options to fix it . One way had something to do with heat and re-threading or replace the head . No guarantee on the first option so I took the second ... about $700.00
You won't like what I have to say but there are good and bad dealer service centers out there. You are not happy with their service. While it sucks that they are a crappy service center, it does fall on your shoulders to take it somewhere else if you are not happy. You can complain to Ford corporate about their crappy service and treatment but in the end if you aren't happy it is your responsibility to seek out a different/better service center. I have a Ford dealer 1 mile from me. They have a bad service reputation and I choose to take my vehicle to a dealer 34 miles away instead. I even tried to give the local dealer a chance on a recall item and had to take the vehicle back 2 more times to get it done the way it was supposed be. They would have pulled the wool over any "normal" customer but I was able to tell it wasn't done right. The tech never followed the service manual procedure and recall procedure properly..

Correct me if I’m wrong but you’re talking about a 700 hp supercharged engine, did you buy it new, from the same dealer that has it now? The issue I believe is the dealer may not have a tech with any experience with the engine, but that being said I think it could be a VVT solenoid. But I’m guessing. Are you under a warranty still?
