Default Help ID this part

Noticed some oil leaking out from this part, but can't seem to find it identified on any diagram or parts list. I've seen on some pictures there's a tube coming out, but mine looks just like this. 2017 F-150 Lariat 3.5 EcoBoost. Thanks.

I looked at some water pumps on RockAuto. Some of them have an opening there some don't. Not sure what the dealio is.

Wow, I feel dumb...didn't realize that part was attached to the water pump. any idea why some have the flat plate vs the hose connection? and why there would be oil leaking out of the bottom?
