Default Headlight setup!

Whats up everyone. So I am looking into possibly upgrading my current factory halogen headlights into something much brighter and better looking. I want to know what everyone else is running/doing. If you could add a pic as well that would be great thanks everyone

There is a big thread on the anzo headlights that folks seem to like. There is also a good thread with some retrofits and always could upgrade to the factory led lights. I'll attach links shortly.

Just installed LEDs from 4x4TruckLEDs last week. Huge difference over the stock halogens. They're running a good sale now on their stuff. Wish I'd have waited a couple weeks to order since I ordered 6 pairs (enough for 2 truck) - would have saved quite a bit of money

Just swapping the bulb isn't a good idea. Many users experience other cars flashing high beams back to due feeling blinded. The halogen reflectors in the housings aren't designed for LED bulbs.

If you're going to do it, do it right with anzo's or OEM.

OEM LEDs.....the only way to go. Expensive but you get what you pay for.

No thanks, not after reading this thread! I was going to go this route but I am glad I didn't now. I'm buying Anzo switch backs and installing Morimoto D2S projectors and 55w hid's for half the cost.

Not everyone is affected by this. I have an XLT upgraded my front and rear lights to OEM leds. Anzos are about a 1/3rd of the price to the headlight oems leds. Pretty popular but if you take a chance with the OEM's leds and you have the $$$$. Its all worth it.
