Headlight Alignment
So looks like its pretty popular to have a level looking truck.
Just as a raise of hands...
A. who has leveled their trucks and re-aligned their headlights
B. who has leveled their trucks and didn't

I recently installed the OEM LED headlights and they are way off from each other. Can someone point me to directions on adjusting them please? I don't seem to understand the correct key words for searching this forum just yet

I imagine it would be necessary to adjust the headlights with any lift/level. I put 350lbs of weight in the bed for the winter and I was getting headlights flashed at me pretty frequently.

I didn't level my truck, but I did have to adjust the headlights when I bought the truck because it came from the factory with my headlights shining in the tree tops. You can use a Phillips screwdriver to adjust the lights, but I prefer a 11mm open ended wrench on the plastic nut in the back. Use a flashlight to shine in the adjusting hole on top of the lens and count the teeth as you turn to keep them the same. I used a maker and marked a tooth on the wheel so I had a starting reference point. Right, or clockwise = Aim headlights down (while looking from the front of the truck to the back). I did a complete rotation and then took it out at night on dark roads to test it. Bring the flashlight and wrench with you so you can adjust on the fly.
