Yeah, I believe your math is a bit off.
At 12% off, the dealer discount would have been around 47062, dealer has 46797 on his worksheet, so that's pretty close (actually cheaper).
Now, with rebates, it would have come out to around 40,797, so we're closer to your figure of 38/39K.
But the dealer discount of 12% alone does not get it down that low.

Why don't you check *your* math and get back to me.
It's clear you haven't read toptobottom's posts on calculating target prices. The package discounts come off before the percentages you use to get a target. For example, the pre package discount price on my truck was $56,815. After package discounts, it was 54,315. *Then* I took 12.5% the price and came out with my target price of $42195. That's the price I offered and that was the price I got (rebates were $5250 last month).
