I was picturing the spring on the inside being weak or broke. I have tore apart old ones before and you wouldn't believe the rust inside from that spring.
Geez. Where do you think the rust may have come from, a bad seal letting water in? That sorta bothers me if that's what happened. I'm imagining all kinds of crap getting sucked up thru the lines and into the engine vacuum system.
I'll pull the plug in a heartbeart on the solenoid if that's what may have happened.

That one must have got water in from a bad seal. They are always in water, salt, and mud. That one was on my 2010 f150. I don't think the rust and crap in it would make it through the solenoid and one way valve.
When I put in the eliminator kit I blocked the hose at the wheels with old screws then folded hoses in half and zip tied them out of the way. Then I flipped my one way valve backwards just to make sure.

Gotcha. Just for conversation, by flipping that checkvalve backwards, do you think you'd be blowing boost pressure out to atmosphere thru the solenoid valve? Unless you unplugged it. I can monitor my boost, and have seen it above 20psi at times. I'm tuned too BTW.

My truck is randomly dragging again. Feels like im getting alot of exhaust braking when this happens also. Described best with what it might feel like to drive with the parking brake on. Guess im going to have to schedule to get the brakes looked at. Everything gets sizzle hot up front, but I do not know what normal heat from the front rotor area is and what not normal heat should be like.

The truck is making it difficult for me to ignore things and be happy that is for sure. I can ignore the noise but feeling underpowered is to noticeable, especially when she was driving so good earlier yesterday with the tune and then 3 hours later I drive to town to run an errand and it is immediately apparent something is different. I wonder if the clicking has anything to do with the calipers or other brake system components.

That was my first thought. Both front brakes? I assume that since you didn't mention it pulling to one side.

I don't think it's pulling, nothing I noticed. Things aren't very smooth toward the end of a brake coming to a complete stop I can say that. But I always just told myself that was me feeling the road more at a slower speed(doing my best not to overthink things and create problems that aren't there)... I broke the rear tires lose from a stop sign .25 miles from my house, heading toward it yesterday before parking it.(Not a characteristic of my normal driving behavior). I did not power brake it or anything like that and it wasn't a big deal they caught and I kept going straight as normal. That is the only other variable for conditions prior to this dragging. A few hours later I get in and back out the driveway and as I said that was when the dragging felt immediately apparent. No idea what's going on but it definitely shutters under acceleration when it feels like that. As if im fairly quickly giving it gas and letting off the gas over and over until it shifts.

Can they get it in today? I don't recall anything on those wiring diagrams that could tie it into the TCCM, but I could be totally wrong. All these 'puters are like black magic to me.

Does everyone elses truck show 2H when you start it up and you hear the Transfer case click? I just noticed that when seeing if restarting the vehicle I couple times would clear it. Upon start up I see 2H and then hear the click from the transfer case under the truck. Not sure why it would need to click if it should already be in 2H?
Even if the transfer case was putting me in 4wd my hubs would be unlocked since bypassed of the solenoid. But would the drive to the front shaft and axles maybe cause the same feeling even if my wheels weren't locked? That is the only correlation with TCCM module issue and my dragging that I can sort of link together, but only if i'd feel that.

Almost need a guinea pig to bypass their solenoid and put their working 4x4 in to 4hi and see if even though their hubs aren't locked do they feel a difference.
