How easy do you think it would be to fix this? It happened just after my b2b warranty expired(and i'm at about 45,000 now, so Ford is very unlikely to be sympathetic). If it's fixable I'd sooner do that than spend $$$ on a new cluster.

That wrinkling on the gauge face plate? If that's what it is it's fairly easy to replace if you buy a new gauge face plate; you'd have to remove the needles and clock them in the correct position on the replacement face plate.

Or, I have a cluster from my 2015 XLT that's in great condition. If you want to pay shipping I can send you the whole cluster, or send it to Livnitup and he can program it for you. I don't need it, Livnitup has a hard time selling the 4" screen clusters, and I'd hate to throw it away or stash it in my basement for the next 50 years. Better it goes to a good home.

Before you pull off the needles, make a mark on the existing gauge face noting where the needles are in their resting position so that you can use that as a template on how to align the needles on the replacement gauge face. Wear some gloves too because those gauge faces are magnets for oil from the fingers and will leave a mark.

Been meaning to post this for a while but kept forgetting. Got my cluster from Livnitup and it is awesome. Quality guy, easy to do business with and he sure does some great work.

After living with these faces for a couple days, I have an observation. I would suggest putting a layer of tint behind the words Ford and Sport. They seem to be the brightest part of the dash at night. Not ridiculously bright, but brighter than they really need to be. That said, I still really like them and I'm glad I got them.
