ToughFX4, just curious what you are using to post here (ie. app, computer, tablet etc.). For some reason, whenever you post, I can't see your post or any that follow unless I post something. Something seems to be wrong with the forum software here. Now that I've posted this, I'll see all the preceding posts. Very strange.
Thought I was the only one.
I've noticed it too.

I've also noticed that when he posts (not saying it's anything he's doing) it seems to stay on the "new posts" list even after I have viewed it.
I'm not familiar with forum software, but I'm willing to bet there's a setting or (something like that) different on his account....

Here's a thread I found that describes the issue, but it got locked unfortunately. But, its still a problem.

At this point, I think you are right about the condensation theory. The car wash would have caused a great deal of water to flow through the door and freeze, but the locks were fine. I've noticed that the doors are particularly bad when there is a light frost covering the truck even after days of no precipitation. That's usually when my locks don't work.

I guess when i commented last week saying that my issue was fixed I spoke too soon. Last night we warmed up to -5 and my doors froze. Last washed the truck 5 days ago and we've had days colder at -14 and no issues then last night my rear passenger door is frozen. Back into the shop again. Its clear that this new TSB is NOT the solution ford was hoping for.
I also find it funny how the FordService reps that are on this site that use to be active in the post and now no longer present

Dropped my truck off this morning for TSB 16-0155 Part III. They actually seem to have corrected my Lariat SCrew tailgate freezing and my front door lock freezing issues but the rear doors continue to have the frozen lock issue. They are now going to replace the rear latches. I asked if they are re-engineered latches or made of a different material than the originals to which the answer was, "I'm not sure." Supposed to be ready tomorrow.. I'll report back.

Sincere question - what do you expect them to do? Their script is to acknowledge your frustration, apologize, and tell you to talk to your dealer or customer service. They didn't design or build our trucks and they certainly didn't break them. As far as the TSB is concerned, the aggravating delays and lack of resolution have demoted customer service reps to punching bags. We all know what they're going to say. Talk to your dealer, call customer service, sorry for the inconvenience. At this point there's not much more they can do.

Upon speaking to my assigned customer service manager, she seems to be unaware, or unwilling to share, how widespread this issue is.
I informed her that a simple google search of the TSB number brings up hundreds of posts spread over may discussion forums with customers complaining that the issue is not resolved by TSB 16-0155.
I would expect the Ford reps on this and other forums to be gathering information and trend details to be communicated to the customer service reps and Ford engineers. An official communication and or statement should be made to affected customers at the very least. This whole fiasco should have been a recall, and I'm surprised it still is not.
It's sad when we the customers seem to be more aware of the situation than the ford reps themselves.

I talked to my dealer often about this issue and I understand that they are doing everything possible for issue however their hands are tied because of Fords lack of a resolution to this issue.
