I suspect I'll be getting this done once the cold weather gets here.

End of last winter I was having issues with my supercab doors and of course when I mentioned it to the dealer at an oil change they did the change & tire rotation before checking the doors....guess what it warmed up enough and of course they worked just fine lol

Looks like this fix is going to cost Ford a lot more than their original fix of just waiting a few months and the problem will go away!

Was this TSB just released? I took my truck to the dealership last week for a list of things I wanted fixed or looked at and the service advisor initially refused to write up the door locks because they were not malfunctioning when I brought them in. We argued and he said that he would have the tech look at it. The service advisor said that he had never heard or had one truck with a similar complaint. I lost my truck for 4 days and I'm not thrilled that it'll probably be another two days without.

Hot off the press. Just came out yesterday. I would have posted it yesterday but I was out of town on business.

Reminds me of when ford had parking brakes not releasing when engaged in cold weather they replaced my cables twice
