I have yet see a significant thread on frame or axle failure for the latest F150 gen.

If the truck customer wants extra beef on the axle or frame (for whatever reason), the Super Duty is their calling.
I use my truck heavily to tow and haul. Why wouldn't I want a stronger axle and frame? What makes it taboo? Less stress = less wear on the axle. Thicker frame = stiffer frame = more confidence with a load/tow.

I just found mine on under the passenger door/sidestep on the frame.

'18 2.7 EB 4x2, no tow package (as far as I know, bought it used) and I have an HD frame, built in KC 11/17

I feel the same way as you do about it. I just don't understand it!

Just checked mine, and found the label under the driver's door. It's identical to RFIs (HPP), since my truck is also 3.5 maxtow. So we have the beefiest frame? Nice. But what doesn't make sense is my paltry 1,458 lbs of payload, but guess something else is the 'bottleneck', other than the frame. The good news is I don't anticipate ever needing more than that.

I love finding out all this cool info on my truck. I looked under mine and it's an HPP.

Interesting information. I'll add mine - 2016 SCrew 3.5 EB 157" wheelbase (6.5' box) with MaxTow. Mine is listed as HD. What I am curious about and don't think anyone has explained is what is the difference between the MINI or SWB designation on the stickers.

My guess is mini means short box (5.5) and SWB (short wide box/short wheel base) means 6.5 box? Is the 7.5 bed a LWB?
