crawl under rear bumper and when looking up look to the right(actually the driver side though) of the spare tire. You'll see the harness running to the rear camera that is unplugged when removing tailgate. Disconnect and see if plug fits. I bet that's it!

I appreciate everything.I'm going to hold onto it, I've actually got it setup to go into service Wednesday so hopefully find out more then and will let you all know what I find out and thank you very much once again.

I had one of those in my truck as well. The cover for the camera harness was in the glove box and is different than this. However, this may be something to cover the plug during assembly. I think I got rid of mine.

IIRC, it's for the doors. Keeps the wiring harness plug free from debris before assembly. Your good to toss.
