Thanks! I usually only use FordPass to verify I locked the truck when out of keyfob range; I think I've only remote started with the app once or twice. And used it to unlock once; I locked the fob inside the truck (duuhhhh, I know)...

I just did mine a couple of weeks ago on a 2020. The camera was replaced at the dealer, the camera worked but had no lines as well as the "+" to zoom in on the hitch didn't work. I knew the mechanic on a personal level so I called him and he mentioned he must not have done the LIM module reset or initialization (can't remember which). So I plugged in Forscan and found it under the wrench Icon I think. I can check when I get home from work if you need me to. Forscan and the LIM reset fixed my issues.

I got it by going to the FORSCAN tutorial and clicking on the link to the FORSCAN website. It was fairly painless.

No, it was straight forward, it said something about parking vehicle on level ground and then you click ok , continue or something as such.
