The reason I bring this up is because spreadsheet data is usually conditional depending on what features someone has, but in this case the firmware or module might also be completely wrong if this user is trying to apply a retrofit someone did in a 2016 F150 to his 2019 F150.

For some reason I thought 2018's required a LIDAR system or I'm getting the F150 mixed up with the Fusion.
You are correct they did change.

I'd like to reset my shift tables and any other pertinent KAM values related to shift strategy.

What service procure(s) should I run?

Thanks

A Ford dealership in Alberta worked on a front differential for a 2018 F150 owner. When the owner picked up his truck it had the DTC light on the dash and the dealership service department came to the conclusion that obviously it must be happening because the owner performed a heated raptor steering wheel retrofit and that caused programming issues... LOL... yeah... I don't buy it either. The code is persistent and the owner set all his as built data in all modules back to stock just to be certain. The DTC won't clear. I'm nearly certain he doesn't have an online account here and I'm posting this question on his behalf.

Does anyone know how to clear this P code in the TCM? or have any troubleshooting recommendations?

My two cents...
If truck is still under warranty, my suggestion would be visiting other dealer particularly for this error code.
Otherwise, options would be:
1. checking all harnesses connections are tight
2. reset TCM with Forscan
3. reflash TCM firmware
4. leave as is, if it doesnt affect the speed,

That was me. Thanks for your help getting up and running. I’ll add that the recall for the 2018 headlights was performed at the same time. I did not code the modules back to stock before taking the truck in, so that’s a likely reason. Learned my lesson; put everything back to stock to be safe. I now have a new issue though. After I did the TCU relearn I loaded all the saved modules with my changes back in exactly as they were and now lost all drive modes. message on dash says: drive modes not available.

And what service procedure is that? TCM reset is not listed. TCCM is which is transfer case control module.
