FORScan - software to enable/disable features in your truck

Is there any possible way to change when the power running boards activate? From the factory, the power running boards stow up/down after 2 seconds. I'd rather have it stow up/down after 10 seconds.

Issues with Kicker Hideaway install
I apologize if this is the incorrect location to ask this question, but I am really at a loss on where to go from here. I have followed the instructions laid out in multiple threads regarding the process for installing a kicker hideaway subwoofer utilizing the factory connector next to the driver's side rear C-pillar. I purchased the WPT1212 connector and wired it exactly as others have to the kicker harness. The sub will power on when the ignition is on, but I get zero sound from it. I have changed the ACM 727-01-01 parameters to xxx8, which sends power to the sub, but despite trying almost all the configurations in 727-01-02 I still haven't been able to get a peep from the sub.
Vehicle info: 2017 XLT (302A) w/ SYNC 3 and NAV, no factory sub, 4 door speakers, 2 front tweeters, and a center speaker
My current Forscan parameters:
ACM 727-01-01 xxx8 xxxx xxxx (Auxiliary External Subwoofer)
ACM 727-01-02 0A88 C3 CrewCab with 7 Speakers & Kicker Sound
I set the Kicker Hideaway to: Auto Turn On = 12V, Input Level = Low, Phase = 0
So as of now, the sub powers on but appears to be lacking any input signal....what am I missing? Any help or suggestions you guys have would be greatly appreciated. Its 2 AM and I'm admitting defeat for the night, but hopefully tomorrow will yield more success.

2 questions for those smarter than I:
- Is there anyway to make the climate control "remember" to stay on recirculate?
- Anyway to disable the random horn honk when you get out and leave your key in the truck? (NOT keyless, XLT with dino key) Just randomly if I leave wife in vehicle and I get out, the horn will honk. Not sure if associated with bluetooth maybe too???

I have a Canadian Lariat with 502A. I'm an old fart who learned Imperial before metric was the new wonder. I also spend about half my time in the US of A. I leave my digital speedo as well as my temperature units in Imperial pretty much all the time. The setting is retained until I change it. When I next start my truck tomorrow morning, my digital speedo and odometer will both be in miles. My temperature will be set at a comfy 72.
It's my first day
I never paid attention to it. I don't think Canadian trucks are different. I can check in two days when I'm back in town. If it is 2018 IPC firmware only or 2018 Canadian IPC firmware only, or controlled by As Built, I'll dig into some local Alberta VINs.
I'm inclined to believe it's still controlled by the EEPROM soldered onto the cluster though where the default is configured upon boot.
But then again, perhaps the DOT does have different regulations for our southern neighbours.

I'm a little confused. Has this changed on the '18s?

I can write a U.S. eeprom image to a Canadian cluster and that cluster will default to miles on the odometer (and mph on digital speedo) in the above scenario.
