This is for both the plain heated seats and the heat/cool seats.

Remote Start Climate Operation
Different climate control modes/preferences can be selected when the vehicle is started using the remote start feature. This can be accessed through the message center. For additional information on how to set the remote start preferences, refer to the Owner's Literature. When the driver seat and/or passenger seat is set to AUTO mode, the driver/passenger heated/climate controlled seat activates in full heat mode when the outside temperature is less than 0° C (32° F) and full cool mode (climate controlled seats only) when outside temperature is greater than 27° C (80° F) any time the vehicle is started using the remote start feature. No heated/climate controlled seat adjustments are recognized during remote start operation. Once the ignition is cycled ON, the heated/climate controlled seat turns off.
On my 2018 the seats are set to auto for remote starts. They're definitely not going on high until I push the start button so they appear to be on low(not even medium) during remote starts. I wonder what is going on.

This didn't work for me either. Now I have zero DRLs again. I'm about to start beating my head against the wall on this one mod. Like I said earlier, I've done the Lincoln mirrors, and a couple others and it works fine. I can get the DRLs WITH the turn signal but not just the halos

And right now I'm running last setting on the remote start, with seats on high wheel on and MAX defrost as this is the only way to get anything done for the 15 minutes of gas burned... And even this barely gets the windshield melted..
Pain having to remember to make sure everything is set right after getting home... Hate to tell you how many times I have had to restart the truck just to turn on the max defrost..

Not really, but your truck battery is to low. I try to remember to shut off the auto headlamps and heat before I try. Either start your truck and do the mods with it running, or put a battery charger on the battery. Its not going to hurt anything with it running while doing the mods.
If you use a charger, make sure you put the negative lead from the charger anywhere except on the battery terminal.

Mine will do this just about as quickly,, so now I just put the battery charger on it before doing any Forscsn work... It's always bothered me that my truck only normally has 11.5 - 11.7 volts went not running. But 14.6 volts when running and starts just fine.. tried getting reading with different voltage meters and even using Forscan..

Figured this was probably reason my outlets never work right after shutting down.. Even with the battery monitor set to off..

Same issue here. - 30c and the auto setting isn't doing much. Would love to have Max defrost (fan full speed), and seats on high right now. Is it possible there is a setting for these to adjust?

If you go into the IP, setting, remote start, last setting you can have it now as long as you remember to turn everything on before turning off the truck..

My 2016 is also set to Auto and can confirm that the seats definitely do not come on full heat when remote starting. I also checked my passenger seat today when getting in after work and it didn't feel any hotter than the drivers side. Like others, I would love to be able to configure the seats to be set to full hot with the auto setting.

I will say the heated steering wheel works great with the remote start when set to auto.

So I have read in this thread that some other people with 2015s were having the same issue I am. Can the 2015s not do Halos only for DRL? I just successfully did every combination of DRLs except the one I want.

Anyone?
