They were legit…just never heard any positive feedback from their “support.”

Default Ford Guy Since 75 But

Their quality, service, leadership, lineup and responsibility for their issues is headed for the toilet. Wife has been a Subaru Lover over the save time period. Virtually no issues. They had head gasket issues but they owned-up for them.
She had a head gasket leak 15,000 miles out of warranty. Back in the day the repair cost was $750. They gave us a free loaner and finished in two days. When they gave us the bill, they gave us two choices. A warranty rebate of $500 or a Subaru of America check for $750 toward a new Subaru in the next 3 years. No tricks. No exceptions or limitations. We took the $750. Two years later we shopped around, took our best deal and as they were writing it up, we said, “ oh yeah. We have this check.” They said, “great! That comes right off the bottom line because we get that from Subaru.” We’re literally 8-10 Subarus later”. If Subaru made a decent, full size pickup, I would be tempted.
