Default Fitting 305s

New here, I've searched but keep getting conflicting answers. I have a 2016 lariat sport 4x4, I have a set of 20x9 BMF novakanes with 0 offset from my old truck. I would like to run 305/55/20s but I'm not sure if they would fit without removing or modifying the crash bars. Is this possible. or would I be better off with 285/55/20s. I will be putting a levelling kit on also. Thanks.

I run 35x12.5 which are wider and taller than 305/55/20's. I have a 2' level and do not rub.

305/55R20s on a 20x9 wheel with 0 offset, while running a 2 to 2.5" leveling kit, will require either modifying or removing the front crash bars - already installed that combination. Here's what that combination looks like -LRG Split 104 20x9 w/0 offset

I have stock Raptor wheels. I am not sure what the offset is on them.

With a zero offset you're gonna rub the crash bars.

FYI a 305/50-20 is the same diameter as the factory 275/65-18 for speedometer purposes. The only other difference between a 50/55 is 55 has a 6.6" vs 6" sidewall.

They will rub full lock in reverse

And not to step on toes but I think the 305/55/20 are a solid 1" taller than 275/65/18 but I could be wrong

Do you know the offset, backspacing or width of your wheels?
