The 3.5 EB is really quick. Like surprisingly quick. The 10 speed is also pretty smooth considering there's a learning period.

 

Nice choice. I have the same thing on order. The wait is driving me crazy.

Whole assembly. Bought that and tailgate damper for like 110 shipped from an online ford dealer (don't remember who) it's a very easy swap. The connecter has alignment groves (center and left on one, center and right on the other). I used a exacto with a new blade an cut the side alignment raised plastic Grove off and plugged it right in. Checked all lights and that was it. Awesome upgrade especially when working out of the bed at night
