Figuring out a preowned
Gents,
I just bought a 2019 Lariat that appears to have a leveling kit (not sure what brand or height), with 20in Fuel Blitz wheels and 33x12.5 Toyo MT. I'm looking to replace the MTs, but not sure the offset of the rim, or the level...I want to make sure the tires I get won't rub. Does anyone have any ideas on how to figure this out?

You need to determine if you have a spacer at the top of the front coils. If so you can measure that I have a 2.5' Supreme Suspensions spacer on the bench and it measures 1.78 inches. If it has different coils than factory you can post a photo and there are a ton of ops on forum that can tell you what you have. You should be able to remove a wheel and tire and it should have the offset stamped on the wheel somewhere.
Post some pictures so we can try to help a bit more. Can you measure the width of the wheel?
Fuel makes Blitz wheels in 20x9 or 20x10 for 6x135 bp and in -18, 1, or 20 offset. +1 offset is almost an inch outside the fender, -18 sticks out more, +20 is closer to flush with fender.
Fuel Blitz
There's a thread stickied in the 15-20 forum with wheel/tire size combos that fit with stock/level/lift I believe that would help you out with finding a new tire.

Sounds like replacing with the same size will be a better case scenario if you are changing from aggressive mud lugs to an all-terrain tread pattern. One would think the A/T is more narrow than a M/T.
