Default Factory Sony Sub to Non-Sony XLT 302A System

I did a search to see about this, but couldn't find this scenario specifically. I have found a factory Sony subwoofer for a good price, but am wondering if it will work with a non-Sony system. There is a small green connector coming off of the sub and it is different from the other sub connectors for a factory setup that I have seen. Has anybody done this before? if so, please give me some guidance to make it work correctly.

The Sony sub is powered by the Sony amp also called the DSP module, it is wired up different. Using the sub alone with an aftermarket amp to powering it might work but here is the wire diagram for it.

8 inch shallow mount kicker sub 300watt amp. That harness taps into rear speakers to give you rca and remote lead
