Default F150leds

Anyone bought anything from F150LEDS.com? How does the prices compare and do they stand behind their product?

I bought their most expensive Low Beam bulbs last year. 13 months in one of the bulbs started to flicker and eventually failed. I was quite upset that it failed a month after the warranty had ended and didn't have hopes they would replace it. Sent then an email with pictures of the burnt out LED chips and with in a day I had a replacement on it's way. No questions asked. Received replacement bulb and ballast in a few days .

Exactly one month after, the other side failed. An email was sent once again with them responding with an appology for the issue and they would again send out a replacement (2 months out of warranty by now).

This time, the second bulb took about 3-4 weeks for it to arrive. I had emailed them after 2 weeks and was told my perticular bulb was back ordered which lead to the delay.

I eventually decided not to reuse the lights since I had already installed a $25 Set of eBay HIDs during the 4 week wait for the second bulb.

Light out put was great, color was great, and the overall kit looked great. Both bulbs started to fail the exact same way which was a deciding factor on me not wanting to use them again.

If I do expensive LEDs again I'll probably buy from headlight revolution.

I bought a few things from them a few years ago for mine and my dads trucks. everything failed within 6 months on top of the fact that everything felt over priced once I got it. the fog lights they sell I could get for $10 on eBay and their raptor light failed due to bad design. I have switched to opt-7 for mine and so far its working just fine.

I bought their running board lights a few months ago. Seem to be of higher quality than stuff I've bought elsewhere. I didn't really follow their installation instructions. They say to use RTV to mount the light strips, I used 3M moulding/trim tape, and heated the mounting area with a heat gun as I applied it.
I also didn't wire like they say. I ran feeds, +/- to my cargo lights on the back of the cab. Much easier than piercing the wiring harness under the kickplate.
TBH, I rarely drive my 150, but for the use it does get, the LEDs have held up well.
Haven't had any contact with customer service.
I also had some stuff of theirs on a previous truck, can't recall what it was now. If I'd had a problem, I'm sure I'd recall what it was.

Is there an easy way to get from underneath to the inside of that light?

Anybody try their interior trim lights for the cup holder and shifter surround. Xlt is so dark inside at night. Was thinking it would add a little light.

Yes, there is. Unscrew the fixture on the back of the cab, and let dangle. From inside, you can slide the feeds up under the headliner aiming for the dangling light. After feeding a foot or so, jump up in the bed look for your wires. Just splice into the lights for the cargo lights, green and black IIRC. Then from inside, just tuck the wires under the headliner going towards either side. Tuck the wires behind the "C" pillar covering going down towards the sill plate, Pry the sill plate off and you have plenty of room. To feed under the truck, drill a hole thru the white plastic wire loom mounts, feed your wire thru, and RTV around the hole drilled.
