Thanks for producing the panel for me. I am very grateful and look forward to installing it.

I mounted my switch above the head light switch, opposite the start/stop switch, on the ledge. I do get the tailgate to open by grounding Pin 1 on the BCM connector C2280B, so I know that works.

Unfortunately, either I have a a bad switch or I connected my switch incorrectly.

Would you mind telling me again what pins on the switch you used, where you connected them to and the colors of the wires you used?

Thanks

Never mind. I figured it out. All works now.
I'm off to find another mod I didn't think I needed.

Do you mind sharing how you wired it up?

Default Wiring

Pin 1, I taped into the connection for the Start/Stop switch. This is to illuminate the switch. I turned my headlights on and stuck my probe into each one of the six connections until it lit. I verified this was the light circuit by turning off the headlights, the probe went dark. I don't remember which one it was, sorry.

Pin 2, I ran to a grounding bolt on the truck under the panel to the left. I had used that for other things so I knew it would work.

Pin 4, I ran a wire to the empty Pin 1 slot on the BCM mentioned above.
