I looked through both Ziegler and Flood this morning. It's a little awkward to compare EVERYTHING because Flood shows you everything (one level at a time) at once. With Ziegler, you see less at once and you can't just click once to check other options. Having said that, when I checked the Premium plans for my 4x2 in California (your results may vary), Z was about $200 more across the board, comparing similar deductibles, lengths, and mileages. I would urge everyone to compare, but start with F as they show a lot more on one screen. I got no fight in the game, BTW.

Im guessing if you were to purchase the ESP from Flood, that there is no issue when using the ESP at another dealer when the time comes!

As I understand it, it's the same product and honored by all Ford dealers. Your truck is in the system and they can look it up.

Its just like any other insurance.

That being said thanks to having the ESP Ford racked up $4,070 in rental fees alone while my door locks were getting fixed.

WOW--so did you take the $75 or $95 rental plan that the ESP offers?

Are you saying you paid 4 grand in car rental while one problem was being fixed?

I got both the first day rental and upgraded longer rental. I forget what they call it but it reimburses at a higher rate ($60 a day I belive)

I didn't pay a dime, Ford did while my truck was in the shop for 72 days waiting for parts for the doora freezing and not latching.

Actually that is the reason I have the ESP in the first place. I complained to Ford Customer Care enough I got the premium care for free, just paid for the two rental add one and the exterior lights package.

Okay, I didn't see any add on for car rental. How does that work?
Thanks,
