One Other Thought
Could the warning lights have anything to do with the 4x4? The truck need to be started so truck goes into 2 wheel drive (vacuum hose), which moves the bearing. I saw someone on UTube apply vacuum to the hub so that the bearing moved inward. I didn’t bother with that because the 4 mounting bolts apply plenty of pressure to move the bearing.
I may remove and reinstall the hub with vacuum pressure. Maybe I didn’t have the gears aligned?

I just switched out sensors, and I’m still receiving the warning lights. I’m going to put it back together with the new sensor.
when I run into trouble with finding parts, my wife comes to the rescue. She’s away, and I don’t have the details on the part and there isn’t any paperwork in the box. The hub assembly came from Canada.
Any other ideas?
Does anyone have a reliable source for OEM part number for the hub assembly (drivers side)? Im starting to think that the part is either defective or it’s the wrong one.
Thank you.
ABS light by speedometer stays lit.
No fault codes. I hit the erase button anyway.

People:
These vehicles have more than 30 separate modules that work separately and have their own fault codes assigned.
A Scanner for DTC [for the engine only] cannot see these codes or do any testing or display those codes.
The engine computer runs the engine not the rest of the systems but has to do some directing so there is order and timing to how it all happens. This is called Executive control, in a part of the program.
Only thing common is the BUS they are all connected to unless hard wired. There may even separate test connectors on some parts of the systems depending on build and models.
You all have to realize what you own. It's not as simple as most think.

As some alluded to, if you want to fix this without visiting the dealer you need Forscan with an OBDLink EX cable to see any codes beyond the major engine/emissions that a standard OBD scanner can see (which are not the issue here), and to clear those DTCs.
With Forscan you can see all individual module DTCs and you will see why the truck is not happy.
Perhaps you can clear the codes (with Forscan) and it will work. Or maybe for some reason an ABS IVD initialization (Also done with forscan) would fix it?
We are pretty much guessing in the dark until we see what the Forscan listed codes are.
I think you confirmed the ABS wheel speed sensor was already properly reconnected to rule out the most obvious item after a hub swap...

Obd2 + abs
My code reader has ABS, but when I use the ABS function, it show a communication fault. It does not show this communication error when scanning for OBD2 codes.
Could the communication fault with ABS function
See ABS function key on bottom right (green button).
be an indication of the problem?

No, I don't think so.

Forscan Help
I’ve hooked up the forscan interface to a lap top, but I am really not familiar with the system. I used it once, 3 years ago when I installed OEM brake controller.
Will you please offer help for how the forscan tool can assist with the diagnosis of the problem?
Its showing a code U0415, invalid data received from anti-lock brake system control module A.

At the bottom of the DTC window try "clear DTCs" and then "read DTCs" and let us know what you see listed. The first image is cut off showing the full list of modules and their DTCs. Maybe that will shed more light.
Here is one user that solved it by fixing a broken wire from an ABS sensor. So there is possibly still an issue with the ABS sensor you disconnected and reconnected?

I can see at least 7 DTCs listed in the left hand portion of the screen (your top picture). Take a screen shot of that by pressing the Alt + Prt Scr keys when that screen is your active window and post that so we can see all the codes.

Codes
I think this is the info that everyone has asked about (see images). Please keep in mind that I tried using the original sensor/wire on the new hub assembly, and the errors still show. Same with new sensor/wire.
Tested two fuses, and they have continuity.
I have to be open and say I no nothing about forscan. Will you please keep that in mind when you post?
Thank you!!
