holding OK button on a XLT and turning key on puts it in engineering test mode....did it yesterday

Just did it on my XLT and it worked. Didn't show me anything usable but it was in engineering mode. Gauge needles shook for a few seconds then went full sweep and settled at normal readings.

I did this and it shows my battery Voltage at 11.5 volts, should I be concerned about this?
I haven't gotten out the multimeter to test it yet but I would have guessed this should be somewhere around 12-12.5v The truck is only a couple months old, it was a late August build, I shouldn't have a bad battery already.

I would go with Forscan if you want to do more than reading DTC's. It is specific to Ford vehicles, and has alot of documentation and support on their website. If a specific PID isn't already in there they will most likely tell you how to add it. I have it but have not used it to any great depth, yet.
