Out of a 2012 5.0 and into a 2016 2.7. After just over 100,000 in the 5.0 and with 40,000 with the 2.7, I like the 2.7.

Why? because it's not reflective of the engines over the past several generations.

The 3.5 ecoboost has changed since 2011 and the 5.0 in the 2017 is very different from the 5.0 in the 2018 hence my comment about the rattle which you took offence to.

If we're going to poll engines, lets make it one that addresses the multiple generations and the differences between like models.
I would like to know how many 5.0 there are out there in 2018 and coming into 2019.

My dealer tried to talk me into the 3.5, while filling out my order, I couldn't do it.
I modded my last 2 purchases, & there is a good chance the truck will be modded also, & then there's that Whipple..

I read somewhere that 2.7L owners had the highest IQ's. I'm pretty sure it was here, somewhere...
