2 or 4wd?
Sorry...back to your original topic. I haven't tried those...my plan when I can actually get a set is to combine DJM 3" drop control arms with Fox 2.0 coilovers and Fox 2.0's out back. I want the adjustability up front to dial in the ride height I want. I can easily adjust the rear with a small block or longer shackle combined with the McGaughys 4" rear drop. The coilovers seem to be on perpetual backordered though.

2WD

I am as low as I want to go...now I just want her to handle. Yeah, I know it is a truck but I know it can be a lot better than it is.

You don't have to explain it to me...I've always tried to build handling based trucks. That's why I want to try those coilovers. I'm 46...well beyond wanting to drag my *** everywhere.
I finished this in 2014...a 2012 Ram R/T. Built motor with a Procharger at 10psi on methanol. Full suspension build with 4-link out back. Hellwig swaybars. Adjustable QA1's. Rotora 16" front brakes w/8 piston calipers and 15"/4 piston out back. Billet aluminum front control arms, etc all riding on one-off ADV.1 wheels and 305/35/22 Pirellis.

Don't know how far I'll go with this new truck but we share similar goals.

All in it sucked up a $100K bill...stupid is what it was.
Wheels, tires and brakes alone were $19K. lol

Will the Eibach struts accept the McGaughys coil drop sleeve?

As long as they are stock height. I asked directly from McGaughtys after my 2/4 lowering kit arrived. Prior to this I bought and never installed the belltech 3/5. I may just try to sell the 5" flip kit and use the shocks and struts that came with the belltech. The stock struts and shocks are trash.
