I'm not sure why it wouldn't be there... Check again. Last option on the screen with trip meters.

stepped outside to check and sure enough it was there. That's not at all where I thought it would be lol. Anyway the screen is blank there with no message. I can watch it on my drive home and see if anything pops up.

Do not know if it will help, but my Start Stop cancel failed, no function. Tried every way described to deal with it, wires ok, fuses fine, jump wire no joy, KAM reset nothing. Finally bought a programmer to rewrite the module controller. You may have similar with the E-Lock.
Best of luck getting it all back! KM

That means it should auto start stop... Otherwise it will say why not like charging system or engine cold.

I agree but it's definitely not. Same with the locker. There's no real indicators of something being wrong but absolutely nothing happens when I turn the switch. So I assume they are somehow linked. It doesn't make sense but they both worked great before I got stuck and now neither do. This might be one for the shop to figure out as badly as I hate resorting to that.

Auto start-stop will not work unless the TCCM is working, this data is sent via the trucks networking. Did you ever crawl under the truck, pull the plug on the axle coil and plug a 12 volt trouble light into the plug and see if the light comes on, should only be two wires on that plug. One is black which goes to ground, the other is brown/violet which goes to the transfer case module. The system has to be on to get the light to come on. If it does come on you have eliminated everything except the ELD coil on the axle.

I have not been able to yet. Unfortunately the weather is going to crap as we speak so it might be a few days. That will be my next trouble shooting step though and appreciate the explanation

Default E-locker problem

I have re-read this entire threat again. I have noted the #26 and #27. exchange of info. Please re-read #2 again. You need to DRIVE the truck, (also have battery charge enough) in order for it to AUTO STOPSTART (like it used to before your stuck episode). The information screen should tell you the reason it did not activate the AUTO STOPSTART system.
