I am about to go crazy. Whenever I put the truck in park and open my door, none of the other locks unlock. Countless times I have gone to the bed of my truck and try to open and it wont because its lock so I have to go back to the driver door and hit the unlock button. How can I get all the doors to unlock when I put it in Park or when I open my door?

 

you have to check the auto unlock button in the cluster menu. the only time they will unlock is when you shut the truck off and open the drivers door

 

ok so outside of forscan, there is no way to make it unlock all doors when I open my door while it is in park and the engine is on?

 

I don't even think forscan can do that

No - where did you get that from? All the doors unlock if you open the driver's door and it is set properly. If Chevy does this it is stupid. I see no reason for this option.

 

 

Yes, it should. My 16 and 18 both do that.

 

I just push the button to unlock all doors as I exit or hit the button on my fob if I ever forget.
