Okay, that D at the end makes all the difference on my search.

Yeah I want one. Would make a nice daily driver local

Things are absolutely insane when a guy is saying the Demon isn't what it's cracked up to be because it...only...ran 11.185 at 125 in an 11 second bracket

Damn that tesla is $140,000?

Yep, they ain't cheap. They have a production coupe on the way that they have tested the prototype @ 0-60 1.9 Secs' and 8.8 1/4 mile ($250,000)

That P100D is 5,100 lbs............The Demon (and Hellcat) guys were strutting around the tracks when they first came out because they were just nudging the SC Corvettes in the 1/4 mile. When they ran this guy's Testa and got whooped they were in denial for some time until they could cope with it. SC Corvette owners too..........

That same Tesla on occasion gets stripped down in weight like back seat removal and a few other small items and runs 10.4 / 10.5 quarter mile instead of its normal 10.8. It's stock right out of the showroom otherwise..

Not surprising given that the manual recommends 91+ for best performance. No need to listen to some guy talk about graphs he drew on a dry erase board.

I'm seeing used ones for $45k-$55k, standard model only, no new available within a few hundred miles of me

pointless... you make assumptions over uncontrolled conditions..i know some cant understand scientific data or results. to each their own...

Measured results are the exact opposite of assumptions.

You can't beat accurately measured real world results no matter how much theory you throw at it.

But, I'm curious, what is your theory for why Ford says to use 91+ for best performance?

The base model that MSRP's at $35k lists 0-60 of 5.3. The more expensive S is 3.2

Good old supply/demand, where MSRP is just a theory and actual purchase cost can be quite a bit higher or lower depending lol. Actual availability right now is $45-$55k, used, for the 5.3 second model. Production needs to catch up, clearly.
