So heres the story, I paid $1.00 for this 'lemon' at whole foods, but I'm having a few issues with it. It does not seem to be a perfect lemon, not as rounded as most lemons and it does not appear to be yellow enough...should whole foods be forced to buy back my 'lemon' because its not a perfect lemon? I expect it to be perfect because I did spend $1.00 on it and if its not perfect..well..its a lemon...I mean how hard is it to only supply perfect lemons, and for the whole dollar I spent, there should be nothing wrong with it compared to every other good lemon. Its BS, next time Im going to hannafords or Shaws, at least they do not have any issues with their lemons.
You know what they say, when life gives you a lemon, you bitch about it!
*Im sorry if no one else found this funny, I just get a kick out of reading about how many people hate their F-150s and call them lemons
was it not as round when you bought it? not as yellow? Then suck it!
I had it built to specs, and I made sure to click the perfect option for an extra cent.. I mean its fully customized to be the perfect lemon and they screwed it up.
Ok. I doubt your serious with this but I guess I would counter your logic with apples to oranges. A $1.00 fruit vs a 40-60k vehicle purchase is apples to oranges isn't it? But yes, I have returned produce to my local grocery store on several occasions. I do expect when I buy fresh produce that it in fact be fresh and not rotten inside. Now the fact that you picked out a less than round or yellow one is kind of on you as you could see those features and made your selection. But if it is rotten inside, well you had no way of knowing that at purchase.
Did you "modify" the lemon in any way? Was the regular maintenance on the lemon done? At any point did you squeeze the lemon? Hopefully you bought the extended lemon warranty.

Well, I did tune it to run on premium citric acid..will this void the warranty?
I did just squeeze the lemon, but not this one..so we should be okay.
They offered a two-year accidental protection plan, but it didn't seem cost effective.
Does your supermarket tell you "that's just normal for a lemon"?
They probably have a new produce manager that doesn't know anything about lemons.
Maybe you should check with the experts in California or Florida.
A second and third opinion may all be the same as the first tho.

The manager actually said, "they all do that", but I think he meant they are all that color and shape.. But he wasent sure.. He was sure to look at the lemon tsb for that model year, but couldent find the issue. He looked at other lemons but asked if my eyes were off, his eyes could not 'replicate' the issue.
