Default Disable auto off function?

I appologize if this has already been discussed, but I couldn't find it on a search.

Is there a way to permanently disable the auto off function of the engine? I find it extremely annoying.

Thanks!

Default Auto off

There are a few ways. One is a jumper wire behind the Switch that fools the truck in to thinking the Switch is constantly pressed. You can also insert a trailer plug beside your tag. I think there's a tuner that can turn it off also. YouTube has some videos about it. It's also in several threads on this forum.

Are you talking about the 30 minute auto shutdown on Push to Start vehicles?

If so, a simple as built code change on the IPC in FORScan can disable it.

I think it is the auto start stop. I want to disable it at all times unless I want it on. So all I want to do is stop having to press it each time I do not want it on.

Putting in a trailer plug makes the truck think there is a trailer AND will disable BLIS if you have that.

Easy physical solution... First take a round toothpick, color it black, Press auto start/Stop button, insert toothpick below switch to hold it in. cut off extra toothpick with a set of diagonal cutters and color it black. Problem solved if you want to restore Autostart /stop simply remove the toothpick with a set of needle nose pliers.

Well if you want a bunch of toothpicks sticking out of your dash it is - your call, but that is not the type of solution I am looking for.
