I havent seen an Amazon skill (extension) for it yet. I tried it when Alexa first launched in Canada (4 weeks ago) and was not able to make it work. For Americans I expect there to be broader support and earlier integration. Most Ford Pass apps royally suck from what Ive used so far: Sygic, Accu weather, Spotify. As bad as CarPlay and Android Auto are, they are the best way to go. Hopefully in the next 5 years both services can improve, but that is a separate rant that I wont post here.

Sync 3.0 is released today! Anyone with access to PTS, enter the VIN number and check Sync Status, shows version 3.0 is available for download. I'm going to update my APIM shortly and report my findings.

Doesn't show on PTS/OASIS for mine.

I installed navtool form navtool.com and mirroring my smartphone to car screen, and don't even update or care about factory sync
