Changing the Door Key Pad Code?
I haven't attempted to use the factory code.
Have you created a custom code....perhaps the factory won't work if you create one? I don't know, but worth a try (doesn't seem like it's been thought about yet in this thread).
I am just brain storming that if a person needs factory code after setting a custom code, they would have to enable it from the dash. Probably not, but saves you a trip to the dealership or whoever can address the concern.

No, the factory code cannot be changed.
No, if you create a code it doesn't override the factory code. The factory code will still work.
No, you cannot change the keypad and thus change the factory code.
The factory code is stored in the BCM. You can replace the BCM, $500+.

I'm sure you can pull off the interior panel and unplug it.
This stinks. Thanks for the heads up, my code is in my manual, in my truck, and seems someone who knows this, could easily find it. That code belongs inside my house, and I must make my own personal code to share at times.

Yes, the keypad can be unplugged, but at that point I would replace the B pillar with the keypad cutout with a solid B pillar. Very easy to change out as I have done the opposite and added a keypad to my 17 XL.
Can it be rotated upside down then remove, rotate then reinstall the buttons? That would effectively change the code. If this can be done leave it unplugged for a month to get the prankster to give up.
To your question earlier, how to disable the key pad., just pull back the door panel and unplug it is the only thing I can think of that is cheap. Otherwise a new BCM if you want to retain the pad and still be able to use it.
The keypad can be disabled via FORScan. I'm sure the dealer could reset your code for you and create a new master code
FYI: I don't use the master code. I added a custom code that I use. If that ever gets compromised, I can wipe that and either use the master code or create a new custom code. Probably something for you to look into doing once you get yours reset.
Also, my dealer charges about $80 an hour for this kind of stuff, so just be ready. Lol
