Default Box Side Steps Removable?

I've got a Plat on order with the side steps and I'm rethinking whether I like the look of them. Anyone know if they are easily removed? I'd rather not change my order....god knows how long that will set me back.

I'm almost positive they are. Trying to decide if I want them so if you end up selling them, let me know your price.

I have them on my plat and I looks like they just bolt on. Should be easy to remove with no noticeable damage.

I have them on my XLT, took them off to completely clean them out last spring. Gonna do it again next weekend. Looking at +22C so it'll finally be good weather.

The only downside to these steps is they get rather stiff with all the salt and grime

Perfect. Thanks guys. Bubby - I'll shoot you a PM if I decide I dont like them and want to sell. Probably will not be for at least a month based on my ETA.

I might be selling mine as well. Didn't think about dirt ice and snow clogging them. Think I might get NFab bed step bars.

You can get them off pretty easy but I wouldn't sell them. It's pretty easy to reach over that bed and scratch the paint with a zipper, snap, pen etc.

I wasn't sure if I wanted to order the side steps. I tried them out at the Auto Show & the first thing I heard was my belt buckle hitting the side of the truck.

Steps didn't get ordered.

4, 13mm bolts. They are a bit heavy, about 15-20 pounds so don't drop it on your head.
