Anyone on here running the Borla s-type exhaust? The Atak sounds awesome but is definitely a little too loud for what I am looking for.

I thought about getting Borla but as you said the Atak sounds awesome but was way too much exhaust for my daily driver. Most of us run Flowmasters (Drone Masters), a bunch also run Magnaflow... a few run Borla, not as popular (mainly due to price I imagine).

I like the flowmaster personally, but have never had the borla on my truck. If you were going Borla maybe get a different model then the atak, unless you want to scare small children and old ladies

Same setup I want to get. The S-Type and the 5.0 sound awesome. Definitely post up your thoughts if you (or anybody else here) has it!

 

I heard it (on youtube) on the mustang and older gen f150 but none on the 2015 and up. Definitely want to hear it though before I pull the trigger on it.

 

Come on Berty...spend some of that Tax return and mount one up !

 

haha haven't gotten it yet! The other day I thought I had an exhaust leak and got really excited that I would have a reason to upgrade the exhaust! Unfortunately no exhaust leak...


This is on my 2016 list though.. along with some other "larger purchases" Adjustable Coilovers, AAL, Spray in Bed Liner, and Headlights.

 

The Borla S-Type is on my list of mods when my ordered '16 comes in.
