If you have less then 40K on the truck and it's less then 40month old. I would move fast you want the Premium Care.

It's worth a shot.

I have a brand new truck, 2018 XLT, 2 weeks old and it has been disconnecting from the bluetooth and reconnecting every couple of minutes during a call (I haven't looked while not on a call).
Do I have a bad APIM from the factory? has anyone else seen this from the factory? how long does the replacement take?

thanks,

Sam

go on to owner.ford.com and make sure that you have the latest version of Sync. If you do have the latest version, then the unit is going bad. It usually take a couple of hours, but I would tell the dealership to give you a loaner car. It's happens to electronic, they are usually either bad out of the box or usually have problem after the first 90 days.

it says:

Your SYNC is up-to-date!

Now, you're running the fastest, simplest and best version of SYNC.
The last confirmed install of an update to your vehicle was on:

October 19, 2018

So I guess it's off to the dealer...

Thanks for your help.
