Hell, they even added insult to injury by giving me a fiesta for a loaner.
No issue with your wording at all. I appreciate the follow up though. At least I have other vehicles to drive either the wife's Ta HOE, my built (blown and stroked 331) '93 Fox Vert or the Lightning (unless it sells). If the weather is good I just might drive the 1000xp RZR, its only 8 miles and I can mostly run dirt roads....at least I won't be at mercy of whatever they have.

Update from dealer......I have to unhook battery for 1 hour then if the issue persists they will have to order another Head unit.

Similar issue when I went to put the truck in reverse, would not work. Brought it in, new camera installed, no direction vectors, brought it back in, dealer says lots of error codes, got it to work, BUT still losing power somewhere, waiting on a new wiring harness.

Mine is still at dealer.
They are installing a new Accessory Protocol Interface Module today.
Hopefully this fixes it and I get my truck back.

I am at dealer now. The first service advisor said he would need to order another Head unit, today's advisor said it needs to be reprogrammed. Then they said it needs to be doing the shenanigans for them to diagnose it. It only took 2 miles, stop and backup and restart engine. I hope this is not a long diagnosis process.

Well the dealers Sync Computer is down. They need it to diagnose my Sync issues.....it seems we are out of Sync...lol

I had the same issue with mine shortly after purchase. Took it in and a newer version of Sync uploaded. No more issues.

I just returned from the dealer. They updated Sync and told me the issue was resolved. I left and 2 miles down the road, the screen went black! Went back and now an entire system is on order.

They did the same thing with mine. Reflashing didn't even leave the parking lot without failing.
The new control module seems to be the fix.
