Default Blinding Headlights

I have 2019 xlt that has 2” leveling kit and 35” tires. Recently replaced headlight bulbs with LED and now I feel like I am blinding everyone in front of me and oncoming traffic. I have tried aiming down and believe I have the headlights adjusted as low as they will go. Anyone have any tips/suggestions to fix?

I applaud the OP for taking other drivers into consideration and wanting to do something about it. Came here for advice on how to fix it rather than just the typical post where they say they installed LED and claim up and down they aren't blinding other drivers. Again, as being a potential on coming driver to the OP, I thank you for thinking about other drivers and whether you are blinding them or not.

You are blinding everyone.
If it was as easy as inserting led bulbs into the old style halogen housings I'm sure Ford would do that from factory.

LED bulbs are not designed to be used in halogen housings.
Maybe try a better quality halogen like a PIAA

Did you buy a quality led bulb like Diode Dynamics or Morimoto, or did you buy ebay / amazon bull****?

Yes, crap LED bulbs in projector housings ARE blinding. Even more so with a level.

So is my best option to pull them and go with a high quality halogen? Or a higher quality LED? I just can’t go back to stock halogens- might as well go no headlights haha.

I know there are a ton of people with levels and 35s on the forum who are not blinding oncoming cars. Would love to hear what they’re using.

You feel this way because you are. 1st mistake was you leveled the truck and lifted with larger tires without adjusting the headlights to compensate for the new truck angle. And your 2nd and BIGGEST mistake was putting LED bulbs into a halogen housing. Halogen bulbs have pointed light pattern and LED bulbs emit bright light in all directions. So each bulb have specific housings for them. Because the LED bulbs are in the incorrect housings, you can aim the headlights down all the way, and they will still blind oncoming drivers.

How to fix is you need to buy LED specific headlight housings and once installed, you need to have them aimed correctly. Be prepared to empty your wallet...quality LED headlight housings are $1000+.

My stock LEDs blind oncoming drivers and I don't even have a level. I get "flashed" all the time. Especially after I wash them. If I have time, I do a quick high beam flash back to let them know my brights are not on. I can imagine how bad unrestricted LEDs are. Yes, I have had it checked they are aimed properly.
