Being tactful is always in line, no matter how bad they screwed up. And in this case, they REALLY screwed up. Are you in an area where meth labs are prevalent, and reading is not taught?

That is "shocking" ... let us know what the dealer says. There were multiple signs this should have never left the bay.

 

I would NEVER go back there once this total FU is properly fixed. I would make sure that alleged tech doesn't even put air in my tires.........

 

well i took the truck in about noon yesterday. They were very receptive to the problem. I talked and they listened. The only things they said were we're sorry, we will get this taken care of and fixed right and we'll pull a loaner up for you. Should be finished up today but im not leaving the dealership until i crawl under and verify all the work was properly performed. i hate that this happened, easily avoidable screw up on their end. but this dealership is the closest and easiest for me to use. however there are 2 others within a reasonable driving distance.
