Looking at the pics, can you tell which setting these are on? Suppose to be second from the top and I figured I should be able to see the other groves below.

I would look at the receipt to see what tech did the work and make sure that you get someone else to do it this time... the guy that installed this clearly doesnt care about customer vehicles. I wouldnt have expected this out of a dealership service dept..

This is why I do my own oil changes. I don't want the least skilled person at the dealership working on my truck. My last truck was a Nissan Titan and the dealership broke off a skid plate bolt and didn't even bother to fix it.

No problem, and you are correct.. you will see the stock, +.79",+1.26" grooves below the supplied collar that the spring seat slides over..
I did my own 5100s level.. I do know..

They obviously didn't do a wheel alignment, I'd be having a conversation with either the general manager or owner if available, stay cool at all costs. I'm sorry but that job is absolutely f'd up!

You should never, ever, ever, go to the dealer for anything accept warranty work. Dealers hire morons to change oil and do brakes and apparently with this dealer, those same morons also get shock changes as well.

Just my opinion. I'd be taking more photos and taking to the service manager. Would also demand a different tech. They will try and use the same tech because it's his comeback. If they were unwilling to give me a different tech along with a full redo on the alignment I'd go to a different dealership and charge back my CC for this one. If that failed I'd be at small claims.

I dont disagree with what your asking for and think its completely reasonable. I certainly have more pictures and really cant take enough in a situation like this. I guess my end goal is to have the job completed correctly with the springs at the height I requested, repairing the parts they broke along the way (speed sensor in wheel bearing) and complete the alignment they included in the quote. At this point though id like loaner vehicle while mine is in the shop due to their poor work on MY truck. I just try to be tactful before I start getting rowdy.
