Hi ALl
2105 f150 XLT 4x4 off road. I use a ratchet bar to keep things from shifting to much in my bed and now I see the sidewall seperating from the bottom of the bed. and it is
over the tire so dust and rain gets in it. Any suggestion on how to fix it?
thank you
Larry
You're never going to bend that back in place yourself. Try that L-shaped bathtub caulk to seal it. There's no need to jack load bars to that much pressure.
I was amazed to see daylight in the same area on my XLT. A pretty big gap and I've never strapped anything in. I thought it was there to let water drain out of the bed.

Yep, not to that extent though. I agree, that load lock bar has been tightened too much. Maybe just cover it up with a full bed rug?
Thank you all
yup the crappy bar I used had course adjustments. never really paid alot of attention when putting it on and off dozens of time. bought a better one with fine adjustments.
will try sealant as suggested and maybe even some small aluminum "L" channel screrwed / rivited / or ribnuts into wall and bed then bed liner spray over it.
thank you all for responding
Larry
