Default Bed light options

I have a tonno cover on my truck bed and I don't have the oem led bed lighting kit on it. So at night i see nothing at all in the bed, I look for the oem kit and i found it pretty expensive, do you have an alternative for me?

That kit shown above will work fine.

But I bought this 16 foot LED light flex strip for $17 delivered. Check it out.

At 30 Lm per LED, it will probably be blinding if you use all 16 feet.

I used it under my hood. The pic was taken in a pitch black garage, and I only used about 9 feet.

I used 2 puck lights attached to bed liner on either side , about 6 inches below the tonneau at the rear of the bed with Velcro. No wiring , great light output and the aa batteries last a long time with the led lights. I've changed batteries once in 2 years ...all for less than $10.00

Attaching the LED's to the Bed was well explained in the instructions that came with the kit
For the wiring... I tapped into the cargo light as shown in post #19 of this thread.

Plenty of light under the cover, and the lights come on/off with the cargo lights.

Why don't you just get the OEM light kit?
