I finally got a new truck after selling my 2010 about 4 years ago! I've lurked here and there on the forums over the years but now I am back in it, officially!
2019, 3.5L xlt 302a and so far, I LOVE this truck; much better experience in comparison to my old 2010 5.4 fx4.
Based on feedback I read on the forums, I went ahead and got 3M Crystalline 70% installed on the front. In all honesty, this is best "mod" I've ever done. I'm not sure why I had never done this on my cars before but I can say now that I won't own another car without it. I can't even tell the film is there, that is until I get in the truck and feel how uncharacteristically mild the cab temperature is. Granted, my truck is white but I would argue that the impact is all the more important on a darker vehicle. My biggest regret so far is not getting crystalline film on all my windows.
Anyways, next up I've got 5100's, husky liners, a bed cover and maybe a front XPEL or 3M PPF; tempted to do the last one myself
Great Looking Rig and Color You did the Drivers Windows I should be allot cooler inside, I'm going to do mine where did you get them done?
AFS in downtown Houston. Pricey but they did a great job. From what I heard, the dot matrix on the windshield can be tricky but they didn't seem to have a problem.
